Product Manager

Macro-Eyes is looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Operations team. This position will help build the stories for our products in the commercial, National Security and Global Development spaces. This role is dynamic and fast paced, with multiple projects going on simultaneously. You will help ensure that we fulfill the wants and needs of our customers and meet our overall business objectives in a streamlined process.

Responsibilities: Lead the full spectrum of product management activities for one or more of Macro Eyes’ capabilities, including:

  • Conduct and analyze user research for Commercial, National Security, and Global Development customers
  • Capture, document, and communicate requirements
  • Translate requirements into features and user stories
  • Ensure technical team understanding of requirements
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product roadmap
  • Drive high-value machine learning research and if successful, integrate into product
  • Communicate updates to customers, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Work with the sales team to show customers what our products can do
  • Lead product demos with potential customers
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management including product discovery, design, and launch
  • Experience working with teams using Agile development processes
  • Experience working with machine learning products
  • Preferred experience working in a cross-cultural environment
  • Preferred experience in a high growth environment
  • Preferred experience in the supply chain or logistics industries

  • Track record of successful product delivery
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working with a small team in a fast-paced, collaborative but unstructured environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow
