Elsis is passionate about developing quality software products that make a difference in people's lives. With over 6 years experience working primarily as a backend software engineer, Elsis' career was cemented by his participation in the Andela Fellowship where he was able to work with companies such as Viacom and Percolate in their data platform teams helping them build and scale their data pipelines.  Most recently, Elsis worked at Microsoft in their Identity Organisation contributing to building services that manage users and tenants that interact with Microsoft products/services. Away from work Elsis enjoys travelling, watching sports (Especially Football and F1), experiencing foreign cuisines and listening to music. He also loves building and contributing to developer communities and was part of the team that set up Facebook Developer Circles Nairobi.
