Machine Learning Scientist
Fereshteh is an agile thinker who is comfortable navigating the rapidly evolving data management space. With the experience and the dexterity to stay one step ahead of change, she recognizes that yesterday’s solutions do not solve tomorrow’s problems.
Fereshteh holds a Ph.D. in computer science with a focus in natural language processing from the University of Central Florida. Her research involved the design and implementation of neural models to encode syntactic and structural patterns of textual data for the task of authorship attribution.
An advocate for diversity in the computer science field, Fereshteh served as a research mentor for underrepresented undergraduate research students and assisted them with conducting research studies in NLP.
Besides her work, Fereshteh enjoys indoor climbing, yoga, organic gardening, and woodworking.
